Open Architecture Adaptive Analysis Framework

The Open Architecture Adaptive Analysis Framework (OA3F)is an intelligent workflow management platform and cognitive framework that integrates automatic reporting and initial evaluations from a variety of data modules in the data landscape. The system alerts the human analyst when human evaluation is needed. It is intended as a solution for analysts who require a platform that significantly reduces the analyst workload and streamlines the evaluation of large amounts of multi-modal intelligence data. Unlike other proprietary analytical platforms, our open architecture framework is configurable and leverages current commercial standards for content development and distribution, allowing it to be tailored and extended by a broader development community. The framework is delivered as a suite of standalone applications and services. Additionally, Java, C++ libraries, and MATLAB source are provided to facilitate the greatest flexibility for platform extension. The solution supports the rapid acquisition, analysis, reporting and distribution of analysis packages derived from source data. The platform supports the development and use of integrated scenario training packages that can be used by analysts in training simulations.

The solution is comprised of 6 service domains. These are the imagery services, video stream services, audio stream services, text stream services, translation services and fusion services. Table 1 below lists the functionalities of the analysis framework.
